1. Instant Gratification - Unlike some chores that you put a LOT of time into before seeing results, when you vacuum you immediately see your work. You can see the dirt and debris being sucked up, and you can see those nice clean rows in the carpet.
2. Exercise - Believe it or not, vacuuming can be a great form of exercise. Depending on the size of your home and the type of vacuum you have, you could burn up to 200 calories in just 30 minuts of vacuuming. Who needs that Pilates class anyway!
